January 30 let's prayI am sitting in front of my computer, deep into the night, at a time when I am supposed to go to bed, but there are so many things running in my mind, I suddenly have a desperate need for a pray. So let's pray.
Dear God, Heavenly Father,
In this moment where a new year is on the start, I, as a reborn being in Jesus Christ, offer my prayers to you, in thanking you for the greatness that you brought to us with your ominpotence and the tests and enhancements of faith you brought to us. We were unworthy of your givings, but you granted us the bestowments that we had just because we turned to you for help. The outcomes might have been good or bad, but in our minds we know that whatever came out, it was the best because it was what you prepared for us.
For the year that just passed, things happened that shocked us because we were unprepared. Some suffered the loss of their beloved ones, some had accidents that were close but made them stronger afterwards. Thank you for the blessings and strengthen you gave to those that were in need to last through their moments of devastation. You sacrificed your own son for our sins, and we know that you would love us like your own son and prepare us the best for the year that's to come.
From the day that Adam and Eve tasted the forbidden, we were sinners and seperated from you. All of us have our own weaknesses because we were humans and therefore need your spirit and blessings to help overcome them. From the day we became mortal, our physical vunerability had been what we concerned the most. So please, look after the health of your children, and those that are still outside your door, give them plenty blessings and show them the key to your door. From the day we knew "right" from "wrong", we discarded true wisdom and persued after what we thought was the truth and found enormous challenges and setbacks on the way, please give us the strength and wisdom to overcome them.
You love us the most, and there's nothing we could do to prove our love to you other than to try our best in honoring your name. And we know that you'll pull us through no matter what happens, we worry not, because we know that your grace is all we need.
I am unworthy, so I pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
